I design websites that support real businesses and real growth.
Hi, I’m Kayla.
I design calm, strategic websites for business owners who want their online presence to feel clear, supportive, and thoughtfully built.
I see websites as infrastructure — a steady foundation that quietly works in the background of your business.
A well-designed website can:
Clarify what you offer
Build trust naturally
Support visibility in Google and AI search
And make growth feel more easeful and intentional
That’s the perspective I bring to every project.
How I think about strategy and design
I naturally think in patterns.
I zoom out to see how your brand, website, content, and future direction connect — and then zoom in to make sure each piece feels cohesive and functional.
I blend intuition with structure, creativity with practicality, and vision with grounded execution.
Over the past year, I’ve spent extensive time using AI as a strategic thinking partner — exploring ideas, refining direction, and building systems designed to support long-term growth.
This way of working allows projects to move forward smoothly and intentionally, with clarity at each step.
My working style
I work best when things feel aligned and thoughtful.
I’m warm, intuitive, and clear in my communication. I ask meaningful questions, explain decisions along the way, and keep things moving in a steady, grounded way.
I value simplicity that performs well, and I enjoy creating systems that reduce mental load for the people using them.
Design, SEO, and growth — working together
I approach design, SEO, and business growth as parts of a single system.
This allows websites to be:
Easy to navigate and understand
Structured with visibility and longevity in mind
Flexible enough to evolve as your business grows
I pay close attention to what adds clarity and what supports momentum, so each element feels intentional.
A small, fun detail that says a lot
In my 2025 ChatGPT year-end review, I received this award:
“Most Likely to Monetize Mercury Retrograde.”
It made me smile — and it reflects something clients often notice: I’m comfortable working with evolving ideas, moving parts, and unexpected turns, and shaping them into something clear and functional.
Where I’m Based
I’m currently based in Portland, Oregon, serving clients locally and remotely through March 31, 2026.
Beginning May 2026, I’ll be based in Bend, Oregon, which is where I’m intentionally focusing long-term.
You’ll see more Bend-focused work, resources, and availability reflected here as that transition approaches.
What I value in my work
I care deeply about:
Thoughtful strategy
Clear communication
Calm, sustainable systems
Work that supports both business goals and real life
This clarity helps create an experience that feels supportive, collaborative, and well-paced from start to finish.
If this feels aligned
There’s a good chance we’ll work well together.
If you’re looking for a website that feels calm, strategic, and designed to support your business over time, I’d love to connect.
