This consult is the first working session of the project.

Before the session

  • You complete a focused intake that surfaces how decisions and workflows currently function

During the session (60–90 minutes)

  • We walk through how your business actually operates day to day

  • I identify cognitive bottlenecks, misalignment, and leverage points

  • We define how AI should support leadership and teams

  • You experience how I think, analyze, and design systems in real time

After the session

  • I translate everything uncovered into a clear engagement plan

  • You receive a tailored outline of the full intensive, including scope, timeline, and investment

  • We schedule next steps and move directly into implementation of the intensive
